NHSSV’s 2-hour Homebuyer Orientation aims to provide general information to prospective homeowners about the array of first mortgage, down payment assistance, homebuyer education, and real estate services we offer at the HomeOwnership Center. The Orientation also provides prospective buyers with a broad overview of the home-buying process.
