*PLEASE NOTE, starting in February 2012, there will be a $20 non-refundable materials fee per client. $20 fee must be mailed in or dropped off at our office prior to the workshop. Please make check, money order, or cashiers check payable to NHSSV. Payments will not be accepted at the workshop.
