During orientation and Homeownership Classes, participants learn to assess their readiness to purchase a home. Volunteer instructors from the real estate and mortgage industries help prospective homebuyers to understand the meaning behind the jargon. They learn how to maneuver through what, to the unsuspecting, can be dangerous waters. Most importantly, they learn about resources available that can increase their purchasing power. |
