By increasing their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of real estate and
mortgage professionals, participants gain new skills and confidence as they enter the
housing market. NHSSV provides post-purchase counseling, and meets with new
homeowners in focus groups to discuss common budgeting or maintenance issues.
